Welcome to Italo Transfer. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and all transfer services booked through our online platform. By accessing our website or placing a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or booking services.

1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and become valid only after successful payment and the issuance of a booking confirmation by Italo Transfer.

The customer is solely responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process, including but not limited to:

  • Pickup and drop-off locations;
  • Date and time of travel;
  • Flight or train information (where applicable);
  • Passenger details;
  • Contact information.

Incorrect or incomplete information may affect the execution of the service. Italo Transfer shall not be responsible for delays, missed pickups, or additional costs resulting from inaccurate booking details supplied by the customer.

After receiving the booking confirmation, customers should carefully review all reservation details and notify us immediately if any corrections are required.

2. Prices & Payments

All prices displayed on the website are shown in Euro (€) unless otherwise stated.

Payment is processed securely through our online payment system. A booking is considered confirmed only after the payment has been successfully authorized.

Prices shown during the booking process include all services selected at checkout. Optional extras, including child seats, meet & greet service, additional stops, sports equipment transport, Cancellation Protection, and other available services, are charged separately when selected.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors, technical mistakes, or system malfunctions before a booking has been confirmed. Once a booking confirmation has been issued, the agreed price will not be changed unless the customer requests modifications to the reservation.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customers may optionally purchase Cancellation Protection during the booking process for an additional fee of €3.

If Cancellation Protection has been purchased, the customer may cancel the booking before the scheduled transfer and receive a full refund of the booking amount. The Cancellation Protection fee itself is non-refundable.

If Cancellation Protection was not selected during booking, cancellations are non-refundable and no refund will be issued.

If Italo Transfer is unable to provide the booked service due to reasons within our control, the customer will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are responsible for arriving at the agreed pickup location on time and ensuring they are available via the contact details provided during booking.

The customer is responsible for selecting a suitable vehicle category based on the number of passengers and the amount of luggage.

If additional luggage, oversized items, sports equipment, or special requirements are not declared during booking, Italo Transfer reserves the right to refuse transportation or apply additional charges where necessary.

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully toward drivers and other passengers throughout the journey. We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger whose behaviour threatens safety or causes serious disruption.
